Upon entering into the rental agreement
After agreement about the rental you will receive an e-mail with payment information. The down payment is 25% of the full rental amount. The rental agreement / reservation of the property isn't valid before the down payment has been received in the account.
The rest of the rental amount must be paid no later than 16 weeks before the rental period begins. In addition a deposit of eur. 800, - must be paid, to cover any damage to the property / furniture during the rental period.
If booking is made later than 16 weeks before the rental starts, the full rental amount must be paid.
Cancellation of rental agreement
If the rental is canceled more than 16 weeks before the rental period begins, the down payment is returned with a deduction of Eur. 800, - If cancellation is less than 12 weeks before the rental period begins, the down payment will NOT be refunded.
Check-in / Check-out
The house will be available from 4 pm. on the 1st. rental day, and must be vacated at 10 am. on the day of last rental day. If no property damage nor damage on furniture etc. has been registered, the paid deposit of Eur. 800,- will be returned in the following week.
