The house is rented on a weekly basis and accommodates a maximum of 10 people.
Pets and smoking are not allowed in the house.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Upon Entering into the Rental Agreement<\/h2>

When the rental is agreed upon, an email with payment information will be sent. A deposit of 25% of the rental amount is required as a reservation fee. The reservation\/rental agreement is only valid once the reservation fee has been paid.<\/p>

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 16 weeks before the start of the holiday. In addition, EUR 800 must be paid as a security deposit to cover any damage to the property or its contents during the stay.<\/p>

If the booking is made less than 16 weeks before the start of the rental period, the full rental amount must be paid.<\/p>

Cancellation of the Rental Agreement<\/h2>

If the rental is cancelled more than 16 weeks before the rental period begins, the reservation fee will be refunded with a deduction of EUR 800. If cancelled less than 12 weeks before the start date, no refund will be issued.<\/p>

Check-in \/ Check-out<\/h2>

The house is available from 16:00 on the first day of the rental period and must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure. If no damage to the property or its contents is reported, the EUR 800 deposit will be refunded during the following week.<\/p>

Towels, Tea Towels, Bed Linen<\/h2>
  • 3 towels per person:
    1 pc. 50 x 100 cm
    1 pc. 70 x 100 cm
    1 pc. 100 x 150 cm (for the pool)<\/li><\/ul>
    • Tea towels and various cloths are provided in the house<\/li>
    • Bed linen is provided in the house<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

      In the House, There Is Also:<\/h2>

      There will be various cleaning products, toilet paper, baking paper, aluminum foil, and assorted spices, which guests are welcome to use\u2014provided that they are replenished when a container is emptied.<\/p>

      There may also be oil, tea, coffee, flour, rice, pasta, and water, depending on what previous guests have left behind and chosen to leave for others.<\/p>

      This system has worked very well so far, ensuring that the basic essentials are always available. We hope this can continue for everyone\u2019s benefit.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      Leaving the House<\/h2>

      Upon Departure \u2013 Please Remember:<\/h3>

      \u00a0<\/p>

      The house must be left tidy at departure. The kitchen should be left clean, meaning all dishes washed and put away in cupboards and drawers.<\/p>

      • Place all used bed linen, tea towels, and towels in the shower area.<\/li>
      • Clean the grill (if you have used it).<\/li>
      • Remove ashes from the fireplace (if you have used it).<\/li>
      • Remove ashes from the fire pit (if you have used it).<\/li>
      • Sweep the outdoor terraces and the pool area.<\/li>
      • Switch off the extra fridge in the utility room and unplug it from the wall (if you have used it).<\/li>
      • Remove all rubbish.<\/li><\/ul>

        We expect you to treat the house as if it were your own. Should any damage occur inside or outside during your stay, please inform the person to whom you return the keys.<\/p>
