The house is located in Calosso (AT) in Piedmont, on a 13,000 m² plot planted with approximately 40-year-old Barbera vines.
The area is renowned for its wine production, and the view from the house is vineyards as far as the eye can see. Charming small villages dot the hilltops, and in the background, you can see the snow-covered Alps.
The snowy Alps, including Monte Viso, Monte Rosa, and others, are often visible in the early morning hours when the weather is clear.
From the terraces and pool area, there is a stunning 270-degree view. Despite being only 3 km from the town of Canelli, you can enjoy the tranquility and vineyard scenery in peace.
